SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — February 13, 2026 — SRC Logistics, Inc. has officially earned the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star certification, the agency’s highest level of recognition for workplace safety and health management systems.
The VPP Star designation is awarded to organizations that demonstrate exemplary safety practices and injury rates well below national averages. According to OSHA and U.S. Census Bureau data, fewer than 0.03% of the nation’s 8.3 million employer worksites achieve and maintain this elite status. For SRC Logistics, this achievement reflects years of dedication to continuous improvement and a strong culture of employee engagement in safety.

SRC Logistics began its journey toward VPP Star certification in 2024 as part of a strategic initiative to further embed safety into the company’s core culture. Throughout the evaluation period, the organization enhanced its safety training programs and expanded employee-led safety involvement.
Key initiatives included the introduction of floor-level safety champions who are empowered to identify, report, and address potential hazards in real time. These efforts were thoroughly reviewed and validated through OSHA’s rigorous application process and on-site evaluations.
