SRC Logistics Unveils New Springfield Facility, Plans for Expansion

Springfield, MO – SRC Logistics, Inc. (SRCL) is excited to announce their occupation of a new facility on North Mulroy Road on the east side of Springfield, MO. The move marks a milestone in SRCL’s strategy for growth.

SRC Logistics occupied the space immediately upon completion in March 2022 after 11 months of construction. The additional 150,000 square feet is an expansion on the existing 162,000 square-foot facility completed in 2021 as part of SRC Holdings Corp.’s $100 million plan for realty development.

SRC Logistics’ warehousing services include contract leasing, inventory optimization, order fulfillment solutions, and finished goods distribution. The new climate-controlled facility features narrow racking and turret trucks for maximized space and workflow.

SRC Logistics currently occupies the entire 312,000 square-foot building on North Mulroy Road and a 410,000 square-foot warehouse facility on Pythian Street in Springfield. The added space is planned for growth with their current OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partners and to make room for new business.

 “In the past five years, SRCL and our customers have seen record growth which has led to two expansions with a third expansion in progress. A third construction phase is already underway at SRC’s property on North Mulroy Road, a 413,000 square-foot building located north of the existing facility. SRC Logistics plans to occupy the space after completion by the end of 2022.
